The Blombos Museum of Archeology的点评
点评：The Blombos Museum of Archeology shares the compound with Stillbay Tourism.
The museum itself is housed in a small building, but it is packed with information & staffed by knowledgeable & friendly personnel.
The first section showcased photos & memorabilia of the lives of Stillbay residents from the 17th ~ 18th centuries.
then you enter the museum's archeological section, where you can explore videos, detailed information, and fascinating archeological findings that trace the origins of modern humans back to this very location. Although the audio was not functioning during my visit, the video presentations & displayed information were sufficiently comprehensive.
Additional Features:
- At the back of the museum, you'll find an old wagon.
- The compound also features a souvenir shop & cafe
- Don't miss the daily eel feeding at 11:00 AM
- Parking on site
