点评：The visit took place in mid-July and was well worth the time we spent on the road there (almost an hour and a half by car).
Mr Oleg Sirota is one of the most prominent Russian cheese-makers, and this is his key production site. Here, the man masterfully aligns cheese-manufacturing with advertising and environmental sustainability. Kids (even though we didn't have any with us) would love it there, especially the farm and its baby animal area. Checking out the production facilities would be pretty cool, too. Please bear in mind, however, that an advance booking for such a tour is a must.
As for us, we just settled for lunch at their restaurant and then hit their flagship cheese shop next door.
The pizza quattro formaggi they served was amazing, a couple of glasses of wine made it even better, and the black tea with thyme was the perfect finishing touch. Their service was nice, the bill was reasonable, the spacious parking lot was free of charge, and the dairy products we bought were excellent.
