点评：Stopped here for lunch on my way into Oamaru, it is about 3 kms north of the main town centre. The shop linked to the café has the best selection of cheese to buy that I have seen so far in New Zealand, and they all appeared to be New Zealand cheeses, including blue and brie.
The restaurant is lovely, decorated in a pastel blue giving old school diner vibes.
I was seated in a little booth and given a menu and water but the waitress then appeared to forget I was there. They were very busy but she started taking orders from a large table that arrived several minutes after me. However i managed to get the attention of one of the other waitresses, and once I had ordered I did not wait that long for my food.
I just ordered the warm brie with toast, this came with a dressing of balsamic, grapes and almonds. The grapes and balsamic cut through the creaminess of the cheese perfectly and I really enjoyed my lunch. While there one of the other tables was ordering the large sharing cheese platter which looked amazing! However I am travelling solo so could not order it as it was huge!
