点评：Beautiful white sandy beach that stretches for 3 km west of the town of Puerto Villamil. It was one of the best beaches I found during my 10 days in the Galapagos. The beach is busiest in the section near the city pier where a number of beach restaurants and bars are found. However as you walk further from town, it becomes very peaceful and empty of people. You will encounter more marine iguanas than humans the further you walk. The beach is also populated with many sea birds including pelicans. The water was too rough for snorkeling but it was fun to play in the waves and to take in the beautiful setting. However, if you walk all the way to the end of the beach, you can find a trail that takes you to La Playita which is a section of the beach that curves south and faces east. As a result, the water is calmer and made for some good snorkeling.
