点评：I completed 2 back to back tours with with Discover Churchill starting Oct. 23 and ending November 7. This allowed me 13 days of bear viewing but I took 3 days off to rest, so only did 10 full days of photography. These guides are fantastic. Guide Tomas spotted a bear swimming about a miles away... where almost no one else could see it. We waited until it arrived in front of us to climb on land when he gave a big head shake to throw off water. Saw mother bear with 2 cubs eating a recently killed seal, a mother bear nursing her one cub, bear and cubs climbing steep rocks, an ermine in winter white, 6 or so arctic hares, 1 snowy owl, 150 or so Ptarmigan birds in winter white, 2 nights of arora borealis, white-winged crossbills birds, etc... Weather ranged from +40 F in beginning to -20 F at end. In November we had 2 or 3 days of 35+ mph winds and chilly temperatures, making it difficult to hand hold a camera, or even set up a tripod and camera with thick gloves.
