The best Pizza outside of Italy without doubt!
The Hawne Tavern的点评
点评：Their Italian stone baked pizzas are phenomenal. The best we've had outside Italy. However the pub itself can be extremely noisy and the bad language from many of the patrons not exactly pleasant!
Basically The Hawne is a black country pub and I suspect that some of the staff see the pizzas as an inconvenience. The pub quite clearly does very well from beer sales alone and is always extremely busy.
The other problem is that it's very hit and miss as to when pizzas are available. More often than not we've gone to the Hawne only to be told that they're not available so we head to Dominos down the road who serve decent pizza but not a patch on The Hawne.
I have been recommending the Hawne to my own customers for many years but following several people's feedback about the bad language within the pub and the irregularity of the availability I now prepare them for the two possible scenarios!
All that said, the pizzas are unbelievably fantastic and amazing value for money. Easily 5 star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ but due to the other reasons it is sadly just a 3 star
