Don't Miss Naritasan Omote Sando
成田山表参道的点评
点评：I traveled in Japan for 12 days, then moved to Vietnam for 28 days. I returned to Japan for 3 final days before flying home. I wanted to stay near Narita airport and have a "Japanese Souvenir" shopping experience. This area and hotel Richmond Narita were recommended. I loved it. The hotel room was nice and large for one person, comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was great. The breakfast was good, and included some rice with eel sauce. Eel is famous in this area, I love eel, so I had plenty. I also ate 1 dinner at the hotel, it was adequate.
I also visited Naritasan Omote Sando area on a rainy windy day, but stumbled on the local museum - it was just perfect. Free and lots of history on the area, which I enjoyed. I wandered the streets and partook of wonderful ice cream at the Narita Dream Farm Monzen Branch. All made with fresh high quality milk. I also found a lot of souvenir shops, including one with a lot of very fancy chopsticks. I didn't buy any there, but did buy bandana like material for wrapping gifts. I did get a lot of last minute souvenirs, some on sale, from the area,
I returned the next day ( nice and sunny) and walked through the park and visited the Caligraphy Museum, ate more good food and returned to hotel Richmond Narita to prepare for my departure later in the day. I loved the area.
The streets were lined with statues of the various "year of..." animals, rat, tiger, horse, etc. At first I didn't notice them, but then I saw more and more as I wondered.
My one complaint on the hotel is that their last free shuttle to the area is around 2 pm, too early for me. I arrive on the train and took it back. 1 stop from Naritasan to Narita Airport. Easy!

第二天天气晴朗，我又去了那里，漫步在公园里，参观了书法博物馆，还吃了更多美味的食物，之后回到里士满成田酒店为当天的离开做准备。我非常喜欢那个地方。
街道两旁摆满了各种“某某年”对应的生肖雕像，比如鼠、虎、马等等。起初我没有注意到它们，但后来随着我四处观察，看到的也越来越多。
我对这家酒店唯一不满的地方就是：他们发往该地区的最后一班免费班车大约在下午2点，对我来说实在太早了。我是坐火车抵达的，然后又坐班车回去。从成田山到成田机场只需坐1站路而已。非常方便！
