Terrible treatment from staff

点评：Afternoon, extremely disappointed with the service here, stood waiting for our chocolate strawberry’s and crepe for 40 minutes while staff were stood talking behind the counter. Staff were friendly when other customers were about, then once everyone had left including our parents to get our car, the mood shifted instantly and we were accused of lying about our order and denied making our friend a cookie dough that he had ordered 5 minutes before us. Extremely unprofessional attitude towards customers as we had asked about our orders multiple times and told that it was on the way, then told that there wasn’t any batter left 20 minutes into the wait. A woman that had claimed that she was behind the counter and didn’t know anything about the orders told us that we hadn’t ordered anything, and had a disgusting attitude as she accused us of lying before offering a refund when our friend wanted the cookie dough that he had waited 45 minutes for. She had let us know that the manager was away and so they were only trying to do their best which I understand but the unprofessionalism was unbelievable.
