点评:So for Christmas 2025 I was after some particular cheese for Christmas, cheese that's no longer widely available. after looking online at a few different companies I very stupidly chose to order from this company.
I placed the order at the start of December.
They rang me straight away, asking if it was for Christmas, which it was. and arranged a delivery date, 22nd Dec.
I was even happier when i got my dispatch notice 2 days prior.
but did my cheese turn up? NO!
I waited. I called. No one answered the phone.
I sent several emails, all ignored.
I did eventually get an email response telling me that they had had a problem with Royal Mail not giving them the tracking and that RM had messed up.
RM don't put the labels on items, thats down to the company. they do that before RM collects. believe me, without going into details I know exactly how that all works.
they promised me a refund.
I was pleasant, I mean, things go wrong, right?
OK i didn't get my cheese for Christmas but worse things can happen.
2 weeks later, still no refund, still being ignored via email, still not answering the phone.
Lucky I paid through PayPal, put a dispute in and they've instantly refunded my money. I'm actually quite angry that I was just ignored. had the worst year of my life so decided to treat the family (or me!!!) to some nice cheese at Christmas. OK they didn't arrive but some customer service would be nice. absolutely disgraceful if you ask me.
