Extremely Unprofessional Staff and the Worst Service Experience

点评：This resort delivered an extremely disappointing experience. The front desk staff—and especially the massage staff—were aggressive, unprofessional, and showed the lowest level of service I have encountered.
I simply asked about the closing time of the kids’ café because it appeared to be open. Being told that they “don’t know” whether it should already be closed was confusing and unacceptable for a paying guest.
Worse, I had booked a night-time massage and needed to cancel early in the morning due to a change in schedule. In response, the staff member reacted emotionally and slammed the door shut behind me. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and inappropriate in any hospitality setting.
This was a very, very poor experience overall. Staff training is urgently needed. I would never return, and I cannot recommend Sunset Sanato Resort to anyone.
