Smooth transfer from Barcelona to La Massana with Heidi / Andbus

I recently travelled from Barcelona to La Massana, Andorra, as part of a package booked through Heidi. The transfer was handled by Andbus, and overall it was a great experience that I would recommend to others.
Outbound Journey:
Everything started well; the bus left Barcelona exactly on time at 4:45 am. The vehicle was clean and tidy, featuring comfortable reclining chairs and even a section with tables. The free Wi-Fi was excellent with strong coverage. A big plus was having two different-sized USB ports at each seat. There is a toilet on board and seatbelts are provided. The smaller minibus used for the final leg to my hostel also had Wi-Fi, though it did keep cutting out.
Return Journey:
The collection point was literally across the road from my hostel. Pickup was scheduled for 1:30 am, but the bus arrived early at 1:25 am. It was empty and only collected one other person before taking me to the terminal to board the large Andbus. The main bus for the return looked brand new. However, this one didn't have the table section, and the USB ports were located above the head. If you have a short cable, you can’t charge your phone, and it’s annoying having a cable dangling from the ceiling for three hours.
Service:
All drivers were polite, well-dressed, and drove very well. Despite the USB placement on the return leg, it’s a reliable service and worked perfectly with my Heidi booking.
