I took the Andbus from Toulouse. The bus driver was unfriendly towards all passengers. In Andorra la Vella, I realised that my luggage was missing. Someone else who got off at an earlier stop had mistakenly taken it. But the bus driver just shrugged his shoulders. Thankfully, there was someone else from the company who helped me, and I got my luggage back several hours later.
For the return journey, there was a rockslide and the bus to Toulouse was cancelled. Ok, this is nobody's fault. I asked to be rebooked on a bus to Barcelona, but they sent me the ticket for a different person. Although the fare to Barcelona is cheaper than to Toulouse, I didn't get any refund. In fact, I had to take a train from Barcelona to Toulouse that day, with a change in Narbonne, and the whole train journey cost me 100 Euro.
It was really difficult to deal with this company so I won't be using it again.
