Triumph Factory Visitor Experience的点评
点评：What a brilliant experience.
Plenty of dedicated bike and car parking on arrival.
First stop was the cafe and that set the tone for the whole of the visit, the catering team were welcoming, friendly and cheerful. A good selection of hot and cold food and drinks (I can recommend the coffee and walnut cake). The cafe itself was well laid out with excellent seating and very clean.
We were there for the 'visitor experience tour' which lasts about 1 3/4 hours and is well worth it.
Our tour guide was Jeff/Geoff Taylor and what an excellent job he did 👏.
Extensive knowledge of the history of Triumph and the various processes within the factory that were explained in relatively simple terms but Jeff has the knowledge and expertise to provide more in depth information was asked questions. The tour is very much guide led but he was happy to answer questions along the way. As an engineer I asked some technical questions and Jeff/Geoff not only answered my questions but explained the answer in terms that made it easy to understand to even those without a technical background.
After the tour (and a coffee) I visited the Shop only to find Jeff/Geoff behind the counter. I had the opportunity to thank him personally for the tour and enjoyed an informal chat with him. The man is an absolute star.
Triumph Factory, if the rest of your team are as good as the people I met today then you are doing well.
If only other attractions were as good as this experience was.....

参观结束后（喝了杯咖啡），我去了店里，发现杰夫/杰夫正在柜台后面。我有机会亲自感谢他带我参观，并和他进行了一番轻松愉快的交谈。他真是个了不起的人。
凯旋摩托车工厂，如果你们团队的其他成员都像我今天遇到的这些人一样优秀，那你们就做得非常棒了。
