Good atmosphere but left with concerns afterwards

点评：Visited recently — the place was busy and had a good atmosphere, but our experience was ultimately overshadowed by what followed afterwards.
My partner became unexpectedly unwell later that night and remained unwell the following day. She also had a mark that was checked by an out-of-hours GP service, which added to our concern. We cannot say what caused this or where it may have happened, so this is not an accusation towards the venue, but it was serious enough that we feel it’s worth mentioning.
With the wider conversation around safety on nights out, I believe it’s important for venues to be proactive and visible when it comes to customer wellbeing. Greater reassurance in this area would go a long way.
Sharing this in the interest of awareness and hoping it’s taken constructively.
