点评：Don’t use this service, it’s so unprofessional.
I booked two way transfer services with him.
First day, he called me 2 hours before the promised time saying that he wouldn't make it and searching for another driver. It cost me 10 euro more than what we agreed at the time of the booking.
Second day, a transfer from hotel to the airport, when I texted him where the driver was, he replied back saying that his designated driver overslept. He even didn’t text or call me until I texted him first. He made a lot of excuses such as “the driver is now driving fast as possible” “i’ll kill my driver” etc. He found another driver who doesn’t speak English at all even though his website says all drivers can speak English. I eventually made the airport but it was so frustrating with communicating with this unprofessional man.
I complained about it directly to him, he said he would refund “some” money. But since that text he just ignored me. So many empty words and unprofessional attitude. Just avoid his service to save your time and frustration in abroad.

我预订了他的往返接送服务。
第一天，他提前两小时打电话给我，说他来不了了，正在找其他司机。结果比我们预订时谈好的价格贵了10欧元。
第二天，从酒店到机场的接送，我发短信问他司机在哪儿，他回复说他指定的司机睡过头了。他甚至在我主动联系他之前都没给我发过短信或打过电话。他找了很多借口，比如“司机正在全力以赴地开”、“我要杀了我的司机”等等。他找了另一个完全不会说英语的司机，尽管他的网站上说所有司机都会说英语。我最终还是到了机场，但和这个不专业的司机沟通真是太让人抓狂了。
我直接向他投诉了，他说会退“一部分”钱。但从那条短信之后，他就再也没理我了。全是空话，态度极其不专业。为了节省您在国外的时间和精力，请尽量避免使用他的服务。
