From day one, the team demonstrated incredible expertise. Our guide Shanti and assistant Astalaxmi were not only knowledgeable about the terrain but also deeply attentive to our well-being. We felt 100% safe throughout the journey. They managed the pace perfectly and handled every logistical detail with calm.
One of the most memorable parts of the trek was the thoughtful selection of rest stops. A standout was the Fishtail Peak restaurant. The lady who runs it is a force of nature and incredibly creative!
She has a unique talent for upcycling, turning discarded items like old bottles and egg cartons into beautiful decorations and flowerpots. It was inspiring to see such artistic sustainability in the heart of the Himalayas.
