I’ve been a loyal customer of Thomas Family Farm for over ten years, but after this season, I can no longer support or recommend them. The complete lack of concern for customer feedback — especially from long-time patrons — is deeply disappointing and unprofessional.
I reached out multiple times regarding a group activity planned for Halloween weekend and received no response for weeks. When I asked publicly on TikTok why no one had followed up, my comment was deleted and I was told, “We do not tolerate complaining here.” That kind of response is not only dismissive but entirely inappropriate for a business that claims to value its community.
When I escalated the issue via their official email, I was met with a generic reply stating they don’t take phone calls and only respond via email due to “the number of correspondence.” This impersonal approach to resolving important concerns shows a complete disregard for customer service and accountability.
If you're considering visiting Thomas Family Farm next fall, I strongly urge you to reconsider. There are other reputable farms in the area — like Bob’s Corn or Stalker Farms — that actually care about their guests and treat them with respect.
Customer service matters. Ignoring loyal customers and silencing feedback is not the way to run a business.
