The worst, customer service from a Front Desk/Property Managerin my Life,

点评：The Front Desk, is disrespectful. I left my room, other people saw him enter my room and take a case of soda, and a case of 65 pks of chips. When I went to the office to pay for another day, he said I was not in a room, he stated I only rented for one night not 2 nights. Then told me I had check out and received my deposit the day before my check out date. When I tried to show him the rental payment out if my bank he said I Dont care about what you have. Im looking at my paper work. He then told me to leave he was not renting fo me for another day, and to never come ba k to his property. Yelled really loud in my face trying to intimidate me. I paid a cash deposit, and he said he doesn't habe it do I already received it. He yelled again to get off his property, and never come back. I found out he did the same think to a other couple 2 days earlier.He is a thief, if you stay, don’t leave your room unattended or he will take it.
