Once in a lifetime, 7-day gravel bike tour of the Ha Giang Loop

点评：Fabulous! We have just finished our 7-day trip, cycling round the Ha Giang Loop on gravel bikes, and it has been one of the best experiences of our lives! My girlfriend and I are both 21 years old and ex-national level cyclists who were looking for a demanding, but enjoyable, trip.
Firstly and most importantly, our guide Minh was impeccable - he was so energetic and enthusiastic it was infectious. He also was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and made us feel very welcome and thoroughly supported. He organised everything and was very adaptable to changes of plans, pace, and route depending on how we were feeling. 12/10.
Secondly, the route was to die for. The scenery was EPIC. There was a wide variety of jungle, big mountains, spectacular rock faces, rice paddies, rivers, and traditional communities along a parcours of big roads, gravel, dirt, and small village paths. We had one 80km flat day, three 80km mountain days and two 30km rolling days. The route was perfect and Minh was flexible if we were struggling to slow down or shorten. 10/10
Finally, the food and accommodation were both excellent and we enjoyed a beautiful mix of nice hotels and authentic home stays. There was also ample food across all meals as well as a few coffee stops along the ride to keep us fuelled. This was notably aided by our wonderful driver and soigneur, Chien, who drove our bus with our belongings and met us at stages along the ride with fresh fruit, snacks, and water. He was a wonderfully positive and reliable rock in our trip. 10/10
In conclusion, I couldn’t recommend Mr Biker Saigon more, and I sing the highest of praise to Minh for making this trip so fun and memorable. Whatever you are looking for, Mr Biker Saigon can arrange something enjoyable for anyone!
