点评：We were given this number from a reliable taxi service we have used for years. Unfortunately due to the numbers this year for a family wedding we needed a bigger transfer.
We were picked up on time and there seemed to be no issue until we asked for another 2 drop offs within a 1 mile radius. It literally added 6 mins to our journey. Driver, who I now assume was the owner, Andreas, was extremely abrupt and downright rude, telling us we should have said prior to pick up. Whilst I appreciate it was an extra mile and 6 mins of a journey, it did not warrant the attitude.
However, he contacted us a week into our holiday asking if we needed a return to the airport. We needed a return for 4 adults and a 3 yr old. We agreed a time, cost and pick up. He arrived early and started loading cases. Then complained to my son in law about the cases and how there were too many. There were 5 cases. 1 each! He complained they were too heavy and shouted we should have told him.
So I retaliated saying, you called me looking for the business, we have one case per person, plus cabin cases and said I would call the owner. This is when he told me he was the owner.
I told him you are incredibly rude, then he started to unload our luggage telling me good luck with another taxi! This man argued with me in front of my 3 yr old granddaughter, shouted at my son in law and husband and as far as he was concerned, was happy if we missed our flight.
Fortunately we have a very good relationship with Robert Taxi and he came within 5 mins, loaded up the luggage and took us to airport.
