G0320 Guizhou- fun filled experience

点评：It’s my first time travelling with YAT travel & 13 of us embarked on a journey of 12 days Guizhou covering blooms of the season, ancient towns , minority villages and cultures, waterfalls, gorges, canyons and cruises.
We had a good guide Rocky who is fluent in English as most of us don’t speak Chinese and a great driver Mr Zhao & a comfortable 35 seater bus.
To sum up:-
1. Hotels- well arranged and location quite strategic near shopping area, especially in Xingyi.
Even the minority village like Zhaoxing had lovely boutique hotels with great views overlooking village houses perched on hills.
2. Ancient towns - we like Zhenyuan and Zhaoxing / Tang’an & would have been nicer to discover more. Longli fortress though small is interesting.
3. Meals - great selection by Rocky as well got to try the diversity in Guizhou cuisine and freshness of its produce. Not too spicy and oily.
4. Travelling time - well spaced out for some.
The season in March when we were there was perfect as we got to see the cherry blossoms as well as the Azaleas. Only setbacks were they’re too commercialised
Overall , the trip had been an enjoyable experience & not too rush. Thanks to Rocky, we had great photography added to our memories.

2. 古镇——我们很喜欢镇远和肇兴/唐安，如果能探索更多就更好了。龙里堡虽然不大，但也很有趣。
3. 餐饮——Rocky精心挑选的菜肴让我们品尝到了贵州菜的多样性以及食材的新鲜。菜肴不油腻也不辣。
4. 旅行时间——行程安排得非常合理。
我们三月份去的时候正值花期，樱花和杜鹃花都盛开，景色美不胜收。唯一的不足是商业化气息太浓。
总的来说，这次旅行非常愉快，节奏也不赶。感谢Rocky，他为我们拍了很多精彩的照片，让我们的回忆更加美好。
