Sparky's Country Store的点评
点评：Way before Bucees, this was the place to stop before you hit the beach.
My friend and I had a girls weekend trip planned and that included a stop at Sparkys. I had been here before and I know I wrote review prior. I have no idea where it went but im here to update it.
Since 1990 folks have been stopping by before or after their beach trip. Here you can fuel up, camp, eat, stock up on fireworks, but t-shirts, and every kind of kotchies. This place is large and spread out. There is a section of ts, fireworks, souvenirs, James and jellies, and toys. There's a restaurant, an ice cream shop, and restaurant.
I haven't been here in at least 10 years. We started off looking at t-shirts. They have a huge selection of t shirts. They have plenty of Myrtle Beach ts. My friend pointed out a wall of Jeep t shirts. Their t shirts are between $25 and $35!!! We take our time browsing. We were looking at the jams and jellies since my mom was looking for something in particular. We were also looking at the candy since my friend was looking something in particular too. Their movie theater box candy is almost $5! The same stuff you can get at the Dollar Tree, Dollar General, 5 Below, etc for around $1. I was also looking for a Sparkys sticker. I know they had them last time. In the end I walked away with a hoodie I got on clearance for $10 and a pack of candy cigarettes so my friend and I could take funny photos.
I like places that go with the if it ain't broke don't fix it philosophy. But if its broke..fix it!!! This place is in desperate need of fixing. It needs updated and they need to do something about their prices. There are tons of cheap souvenir shops in Myrtle Beach where you can get ts for cheap. Now there is Bucees. I picked up shirts there for $17 and a long sleeve hoodie for $24! But I can't justify spending $30 for a t-shirt when I can get them cheaper else where.

我至少10年没来过这里了。我们一开始是去看T恤的。那里的T恤种类极其丰富，还有很多默特尔比奇主题的T恤。我的朋友还指给我看了一整面墙的吉普车主题T恤。那里的T恤价格则在25到35美元之间！！！我们慢悠悠地浏览着。我们在挑选果酱和果冻，因为我妈妈在找某种特定的产品。我们也在挑糖果，我的朋友也在找他想要的东西。他们影院售卖的盒装糖果几乎要5美元！其实同样的糖果在Dollar Tree、Dollar General、5 Below等商店里只需1美元左右就能买到。我还在找Sparkys的贴纸呢——我记得上次那里有卖的。最后，我买了一件打折后只需10美元的连帽衫，还买了一包糖果制作的“香烟”，这样我和朋友就能拍些搞笑照片了。
我喜欢那些奉行“没坏就别修”原则的地方。不过要是真坏了……那就得修啊！！！这家店迫切需要修缮——它需要更新改造，价格也该调整一下。在默特尔比奇有很多便宜的纪念品商店，在那里能买到价格实惠的商品。现在又多了个Bucees。我在那里买到了售价17美元的衬衫，还有一件长袖连帽衫，价格是24美元！不过，既然其他地方能买到更便宜的T恤，我就觉得花30美元买一件T恤实在不划算。
