点评:Broken agreements & company credibility
Booked a Jet2 holiday in Corfu at Golden Mare for 2nd week of easter. Long story, but essentially this hotel had not been inspected by Jet2 & on arrival rooms were not available, as hotel not ready to open for season. Many disgruntled Jet2 customers were then moved to Mare Blue hotel next day & local Jet2 rep agreed a £40/night/PP compensation for the lost day & half of holiday.
Later in week Rep advised that the company (Jet2) had renaged on the promiced compensation.
Very poor customer service and broken promices.
We gave them several chances to communicate, as sent 4 complaint messages via their website link, but no comms.
Do not trust Jet2 as they are not honourable.
Broken agreements - We undersatand that things go wrong and hotels open for season to early, but when a compansation refund it agreed by local in country Jet2 rep, it should be honoured by head office.
Update on 25th April - Still not had any meaningful dialogue with Jet, just autobot reply to original post, again promicing that somone would contact us, but this has alo turned out to be another broken promice. Very disapointing.
