Arundel Executive Cars的点评
点评：Our local taxi company are excellent and we use them frequently, but they do not have a vehicle big enough for 5 people so I was searching for a quality company who had a vehicle large enough. I found Arundel Executive Cars and they were kind enough to take a booking from us for a relatively local journey from West Chiltington to The Pig in the South Downs restaurant at only a few days notice. They specialise in long distance journeys which I did not realise when I first called them. I would have been happy if they had said they couldn’t help us. However, they were able to provide our requested return journey on this occasion. Thank you.
The communication and professionalism was great and my questions were all answered promptly.
Michael, our driver, was lovely - a consummate professional and very friendly with a great sense of humour. His vehicle, a Mercedes MPV, was lovely and comfortable, very clean and perfect for the five of us. We loved the extra thoughtful touches of umbrellas and slippers which, whilst we didn’t need to use, I am sure they would add an extra degree of comfort to a long journey. Having Michael drive us to and from the restaurant made our special lunch out with friends so much more enjoyable and relaxing than driving ourselves. We would not hesitate to use Arundel Executive Cars again when the need arises. Thank you Michael, Nigel and Amanda.
