点评：This is a wonderful place for little ones. It’s the largest soft play centre I’ve found, and my granddaughter absolutely loves it.
The staff are always friendly and helpful — in the five years we’ve been visiting, I’ve never encountered anyone who was rude. It really makes a difference to the overall experience.
Unlike many other soft play centres, they don’t charge adults for entry, which is a big plus. There are plenty of tables positioned so you can comfortably sit and still keep an eye on your little ones while they play.
The staff clean regularly throughout the day, so the centre is consistently tidy and well maintained.
Parking is convenient, with a few spaces at the front of the building and plenty more available behind.
There’s a large menu offering a good mix of hot and cold food, as well as a snack bar selling sweets and other treats. At the front, there’s also a small area selling toys and gifts, with prices starting from around £1, making it affordable for most budgets.
My only concern is the two very loud macaws kept in a small cage in the reception area. The cage is often soiled, which doesn’t seem hygienic for staff, visitors, or the birds themselves. The birds frequently make extremely loud noises that can be distressing and uncomfortable for guests. It doesn’t feel like a suitable environment for them, and I would prefer to see them relocated somewhere more appropriate.
