点评:We have bought a boat trip with them to Comino from Mgarr port in Gozo on 7th of February: we were said that, after spending some time in Blue lagoon, we would have returned to Cirkewwa with a boat leaving from Blue lagoon at 16:30 (with a red ticket). At 16:20 we were already there and one of their boats came but they wanted only people with orange ticket (back to Gozo). After talking for a while with the personell from a different company boat (Comino Ferries) that was there, they just left without taking anyone (there was me, my friend and other 5 people that needed to go to Malta) nor saying anything about eventually coming back. The other company boat was about to leave and they told us that it was the last one for the day and that they didn't know if any other boat would come back.
We tried to call the number that was on our ticket but nobody picked up. It was already 16:45 and, in order to go with the other company boat, not knowing if anybody would come for us, we had to pay also their ticket. This is very shameful, they didn't even care to reply when we sent them an email telling them what happened.
