点评：We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tanjung Puting Borneo Tour on the 3D2N trip. From start to finish, everything was very well organised, and the whole experience was truly top-notch.
The food was excellent throughout the trip, which was a very pleasant surprise considering we were spending three days on a boat. Our guide, **Afifa**, was incredibly kind, friendly and attentive. She was always making sure we understood everything and knew all the details about the park, the wildlife and the places we were visiting. She really went the extra mile to make the experience enjoyable.
The boat crew were also amazing — absolute stars! A special mention to **Agus**, who was fantastic and always helpful. The whole crew made us feel very comfortable and well looked after throughout the journey.
We also want to highlight the excellent organisation of the trip from our home country. We arranged everything with **Dian via WhatsApp**, and the communication, coordination and management were simply outstanding. Everything was clear, easy and professional, and we were able to make the payments through **Wise**, which made the process very convenient for us.
The only point we feel could be improved is something we believe may be more cultural than anything else: we think there should be more guidance and stronger emphasis on **respecting the animals and following the park's rules**. In a place as special and important as Tanjung Puting, animal welfare and responsible tourism should be an absolute priority. We believe providing visitors with clearer advice and reminders about how to behave around the wildlife would make an already great experience even better.
Overall, we absolutely loved our 3D2N adventure and would happily recommend Tanjung Puting Borneo Tour to anyone wanting to experience the incredible wildlife and landscapes of Borneo. A big thank you to **Afifa, Agus, Dian and the entire team** for making our trip so memorable!
