点评:Well worth the effort. We got a Bolt/taxi to drop us off at the National Park entrance. Make sure you arrive early in order to avoid the hottest part of the day. We got there for 09:30, completed the register and started the hike. The trail starts off pretty easy, but be prepared for the accent which is sometimes rocky and even involves a scramble near the top. There are also a couple of long and steep flights of stairs, so wear suitable footwear, preferably hiking shoes or boots (definitely not sandals or alike) and take at least 2 litres of water, as the heat and humidity take it out of you. My wife and I are reasonably fit and in our early 60's. We are seasoned hikers and found the trail to be challenging but enjoyable. The trail is well signed with distance pointers at every 500m. The hike took us a little over 4 hours to get up and back down. We even spotted some monkeys high up in the trees. The views from the top are spectacular. Overall, if you get chance to do this hike, then do it. You won't be disappointed.
