点评：We entrusted Manolis with organising a walking tour on Crete with special emphasis on the route and hideouts used by British SOE officers and Cretan partisans in the abduction of a German General during the Nazi occupation of Crete. He did a magnificent job. We spent 6 days criss crossing the mountains of Crete. Two memorable nights under canvas and four in a mix of village houses and hotels. Manolis and his friend, Hercules took us to many of the local bars and restaurants tucked away off the beaten track, we all enjoyed fabulous Cretan food and drink. In the hands of two such knowledgeable and accommodating Cretans we could not fail to have a wonderful trip. I can recommend them whole heartily. All the gear we needed for camping was supplied which meant all that we flew into Crete with was boots and walking clothes.
