Michelin star quality restaurant & an art museum

点评：What a gem in the little side streets of ollantaytambo!
This place was (& still is) an art museum and they added a coffee shop and restaurant 5 years ago. They brought art to their coffee and food.
First, the design of the restaurant, every corner, is beautiful and intentional. Something to admire at every corner.
The food is prepared daily from local ingredients and takes yoir experience to another level.
This place offers Michelin star quality food and service. We had a couple of trout appetizers, and the mushroom, each better than the other.
As for the main course the alpaca, duck (2 dishes, one is duck breast which is our of the world and the other is pate like with crispy potato slices and a potato cream), vegetarian dish with quinoa, and trout, each transported us to a culinary journey filled with joy and wonder. We ordered all dessert items and then doubled down on the brownie. A brownie like no other.
This easily can be a 2-Michelin star restaurant, hands down.

这里提供的食物与服务绝对具备米其林星级水准！我们点了几份鳟鱼开胃菜，还有蘑菇菜——每一道都比前一道更美味。
主菜方面，羊驼肉、鸭子料理（两道菜：一道是堪称绝世美味的鸭胸肉，另一道则是配着脆薯片与土豆泥的鹅肝酱），还有藜麦素菜以及鳟鱼——每一道都带领我们踏上了一场充满欢乐与惊喜的美食之旅。我们把所有甜点都点了一遍，最后又特意加点了布朗尼。那真是一款无与伦比的布朗尼啊。毫无疑问，这家店完全有资格成为一家获得两颗米其林星级的餐厅。
