点评：My wife paid for this for my birthday whilst in turkey , and I’ve got to say this was one of the best excursions I have ever been on . All necessary equipment is provided there’s toilets and changing rooms on site and some nice shaded areas to eat and drink . When you first enter the water it’s quite cold but as you start swimming, jumping , moving etc you warm up quite quickly as this is a little bit physical .The guides are brilliant they help you all the way and the place itself is very beautiful you will probably spend at least 2 hours in the water there and back so you will work up quite the appetite. The food cooked was included in the price and was very tasty you have to pay for the drinks ( soft drinks ,beers etc) but its the same on quite a few excursions these days .can I say a big thank you to

翻译：我的妻子在土耳其时为我买了这个作为生日礼物。不得不说，这是我参加过的最棒的户外活动之一。那里提供了所有必需的装备，现场还有厕所和更衣室，也有一些阴凉的好地方可以休息、吃喝。刚进入水中时水挺冷的，但一旦开始游泳、跳跃或活动起来，身体很快就会暖和起来，因为这项活动还是挺耗费体力的。导游们太棒了，全程给予我们帮助。那个地方本身也非常美丽，你很可能会在水中待上至少2个小时，这样肯定会食欲大增。费用里包含了烹饪好的食物，味道也很可口。饮料（软饮、啤酒等）则需要另行付费，不过如今很多旅游项目都是如此。在此我要衷心感谢：
