Strike City的点评
点评：I’d like to share some feedback following my recent visit at strike city [FLACQ]. The food was good overall, and I would rate it 5 stars. However, I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to customer service.
During our visit with my family, we didn’t feel as welcomed as we had hoped. A warmer greeting and a more attentive, friendly approach from the staff would really enhance the overall experience. Additionally, we felt a bit uncomfortable when we were asked to settle the bill while we were still enjoying our time, which gave the impression of being rushed.
I also noticed that the cue ball tips could be improved, as they didn’t seem to be in the best condition.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps improve the experience for future guests. With a few adjustments in service and maintenance, this place has the potential to offer a much more enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere.
