Cineworld - Bracknell的点评
点评：TOO COLD — AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
We came to the cinema from a hot day wearing shorts and T-shirts and spent three hours sitting in an air-conditioned room that dropped to around 16°C. It became absolutely freezing. There were no blankets, no way to warm up, and no attempt to solve the problem.
I spoke to a member of staff and explained that the cinema was unbearably cold. I was simply told that there were no blankets and that they were “sorry”. That was it. Apparently, customers are expected to sit shivering for three hours after paying for a cinema experience.
The sound volume was also far too loud and uncomfortable.
And this was not just a minor inconvenience. One of us has been suffering from ear pain since the cinema visit, and the other became unwell the following morning. I have had ear pain since yesterday morning after this screening, and I absolutely do not consider this acceptable.
A cinema should provide a comfortable and safe environment for people to sit in for several hours. If the temperature is so low that customers are freezing in summer clothes, turn the air conditioning down. If customers complain, actually do something about it.
I will not be returning to this cinema in Bracknell. After this experience, I would strongly recommend choosing another cinema.

我再也不会光顾布拉克内尔的这家电影院了。经历此次不愉快的体验后，我强烈建议大家选择其他电影院。
