Unprofessional behaviour by the managment

I would like to let all the people know that this tirth managment is very much blunt and they dnt have any courstey to how to talk with people. I made a 3 days booking for manilaxmi tirth which was from 9th july to 11th july as a worst scenario going around due to heavy rainfall in mumbai trains are been cancelled or been diverted upto some stations only. So we humbly requested the managment by calling that due to this scenario we are not able to reach there so we are not asking for the booking amount but please shift the dates further and on this what the managmnet replied was too shocking he replied that "If Earthquake occurs than too we wont shift the dates" this is what i got the reply. I am going to create a post on instagram against this and going to tag manilaxmi tirth that how this managment harssed the people till date i havent seen any tirth behaving like this but hates off too manilaxmi tirth managment for keeping such peoples who are just ruling, but i wont be listening to all this i am going to raise voice against this through social media.. Let people also know how manilaxmi tirth managment is behaving with peoples and there money... I am going to viral the recording which i have done of how the managment is talking with us in a rude way on social media soon if they wont take any action against this.
