A Miserly Cafe that charges for hot water (to weaken my coffee)!

点评：I ordered a one shot black americano coffee & asked for a pot of hot water as I still find that too strong & like to add hot water
At no time was I advised that I would be charged for a pot of hot water!
It wasn’t until I sat down & looked at my receipt the £1 was on it for the hot water. When the waitress served me I said how come I have been charged for hot water and she even looked puzzled.
After a while she came back & said she asked at the till & the lady said lots of people take their own tea bags & I could of asked for half a shot of coffee.
Why wasn’t this explained to me, looking back at last week’s (November) receipt that too had a charge of £1 for hot water
Why would I drink coffee followed by me putting my own tea bag in the pot of hot water.
I’m totally at a loss as this has never happened anywhere else when I have purchased a coffee… I like a very weak coffee and every Cafe restaurant always provides either a small pot or mug with hot water for me to use.
I find this very misleading and frankly miserly!

过了一会儿，她回来告诉我她去收银台问过了，收银员说很多人都自带茶包，我可以点半份咖啡。
为什么没人跟我解释呢？我翻看了上周（11月）的收据，上面也有1英镑的热水费。
我为什么要先喝咖啡，然后再自己把茶包放进热水壶里呢？
我完全摸不着头脑，因为我在其他任何地方买咖啡都没遇到过这种情况……我喜欢喝很淡的咖啡，而且每家咖啡馆都会给我准备一小壶或一个杯子装热水。我觉得这非常具有误导性，而且说实话，也太吝啬了！
