His depth of knowledge about the island’s geography, history, and unique wildlife made every stop meaningful. He’s fluent in both English and French and effortlessly bridged cultures and logistics throughout our travels.
When civil unrest unexpectedly disrupted parts of our itinerary, Manitra’s calm professionalism stood out. He handled every challenge—rerouting travel, securing safe transport, and ensuring we could exit the country smoothly. At all times, we felt safe and well cared for.
The resorts were excellent, the food consistently great, and the wildlife encounters—lemurs, chameleons, and birds found nowhere else—were simply off the hook.
A remarkable experience, thanks to an extraordinary host. Highly recommend.
