点评：Came in to find the floor absolutely filthy with mud. Clearly these haven’t been cleaned in a while. It was 2pm when we arrived. There was rubbish all over inside of the cubicles I opened around 5 they were all the same! Litter everywhere. All the lockers and been taken but not paid for. The size of the family change is ridiculous and a fight to get inside of them. The lock didn’t work also and I ended up walking in on a man.
The amount of dirt all over the floors was disgusting.
They clearly put extra chlorine in due to summer holidays but my eyes were red and itchy just from standing in the shallow end.
The amount of people they let in was ridiculous. It was hard to see where my children were.
Went for something to eat and the chips were disgusting had to beg 3 times for mayo. The floors were littered in food all mushed into the floor. To see staff stood around doing nothing when the floors needed cleaning is crazy. Also the amount of hair and dirt allover the shower room was gross too! I won’t be coming back. They need to start cleaning up the place it’s filthy

我去买了点吃的，那些薯条难吃至极；我求了三次才得到蛋黄酱。地上到处都是食物残渣，都和地面粘在一起了。地面明明需要打扫，工作人员却在一旁无所事事，这实在荒谬至极。淋浴间里到处都是头发和污垢，真是恶心至极！我不会再来了。他们得好好打扫一下，那里太脏了。
