点评:i've been going to Regent's Park Open Air Theatre for 25 years. The productions are always a magical experience, especially Brigadoon. But I can't say the same for the food. Over that period I have seen a steady decline in quality and choice. In the early years the catering was 5-star. It was part of the experience. Cold poached salmon and new potatoes served on a real plate was a perfect summer dish. What do we have now? Burger and chips served in horrible cardboard boxes. Yuk! The catering has descended to the lowest common denominator. What happened to style and good taste? Sacrificed on the altar of expediency and eco zealots. Why can't hey bring in a decent catering company like Searcy's, who run the excellent St Pancras Champagne Bar? I'll be coming back this year but I'll be bringing my own picnic. Cold poached salmon and new potatoes, washed down by a glass of Chablis, and followed by my most excellent home-made strawberry pavlova! Come on Regent's Park, you can do better than this.
