点评：I need to share my frustration with our visit to your location today for my little niece’s birthday party. We reserved three bays, and one of them never worked properly. It took nearly an hour before anyone came to help us.
The food was incredibly slow, tables weren’t being cleared, and to top it off, the AC was out inside - the temp was 81 even on the inside at the bar where we tried to escape the heat. The server even told us it had been down for a week. That kind of environment is tough enough for adults, but for kids at a birthday party it made things even worse.
We spent a lot of money to celebrate her day at your place, and it ended up being far from the experience we wanted for her. I’m asking you to make this right. We’d like to believe this isn’t the norm, but how you handle this will tell us if we can trust bringing our family back.
