Conifox Adventure Park的点评
点评：We visited Conifox Easter event on Easter Sunday with our two young children aged 1 and 4 and it was a complete disappointment.
We travelled from Glasgow expecting a lovely day out, but arrived at around 10.30am to torrential rain. It was so bad that everyone was running straight for cover and it was immediately obvious the event wasn’t workable in those conditions.
There had been a yellow weather warning in place, yet the event still went ahead with no real contingency for families.
Most of the activities included in the ticket are outdoors, and with the weather the way it was, they just weren’t usable for young children. We tried to make the best of it and went to the indoor area, only to be told we had to pay an additional £40 for soft play.
So after already paying £50 for tickets, we were expected to pay even more just so our kids could actually do something. There was no alternative indoor plan in place, which felt really poor given the conditions.
The worst part was leaving with two upset and confused children on what was meant to be a special Easter day out.
I understand the weather can’t be controlled, but the decision to go ahead in those conditions, without a proper backup plan, and then charge extra for the only usable activity, felt completely unfair.
Would not return and wouldn’t recommend, especially for families with young children.
Refused refund or any form of compensation.
