Last year in July 2023 I bought the voucher “AH106 - 6 Mile Buzz Helicopter Flight For TWO” and since that time already had two pointless cancellations. The first flight was scheduled in the middle of October 2023 and was canceled due to the weather conditions and the company told us to choose another available date (but the next available dates were only from May 2024). We managed to rebook the next flight on the 19th of May BUT we had a mobile phone in two hours before the flight about unreasonable cancellation, the weather was sunny without rain and wind. Your mobile operator / consultant wasn’t polite and kind, we haven’t got any apologies or explanation why it was canceled already twice, after that your line manager just hung up and finished the call!
As a result, for the next date (which is available only in August, in 2 months!!!) we have to pay an extra £20 to book our flight for the third time!!! I am sure you can imagine the frustration this brought, particularly when we rely on your service. I am most annoyed that I wasted a half a day’s vacation and money!
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and propose solving this issue or we want our money back! We are not going to pay extra or wait one more year till our further flight. I look forward to hearing from you and want to discuss with the manager.
