点评：I have so much to say about the 200 hours Yoga teacher training at Alicante Spain, that I don’t think a written review will ever honor it, but I’ll try. To start I’d like to mention that the teachers Marcia and Alicia were exceptionally excellent, always on time, extremely prepared, humble, caring, fun, curious and amazing. Noelia, the manager, very organized, always responding attentively to questions (before and during the experience, and I bet after too if we need anything), also caring, responsible, sweet and kind. Marta and Rosi, the volunteers, super cool, talkative, interested, fun to talk to, and present. And last, but absolutely not least, Rosario, the chef. Literally our mamá, always smiling, laughing, singing, talking to us, sharing her cooking skills and offering us the best food I’ve eaten in ages. Simply an honor to have the opportunity to eat her food which was always prepared with so much love and care. I will definitely miss all the 3 daily meals, which were basically different every day and every meal. An out of this world experience, I swear. I could not thank her enough for feeding us with such precious food. My heart and tummy is hers ❤️. The venue was comfy and beautiful, the owners always kind and doing their best to keep it going. I will miss taking naps on the mat and jumping in the pool during breaks. Well, I think that’s all I can write at the moment, but may come back later and write more haha. Thanks La Casa Shambala team, I will never forget this experience ❤️ I made friends for life here and learned things that I will take with me forever.
