点评：Absolutely the worst service imaginable.
No boat should’ve been out carrying passengers during a cyclone. They canceled other boats yet this boat was scheduled to return to Suva on Sunday with horrible weather. The crew was scared and was handing out life jackets. The weather was so bad that halfway through the trip they had to turn around and come back to Lomaloma Where they held us on the boat without food or water and refused to dock and let us off. For well over 12 hours Holding us hostage and treating us like animals.
The boat is old and rusty and falling apart sinks and walls are broken doors. Don’t work properly. Handrails are missing chunks of the handrail. The Lomaiviti 7 boat should be sent for scrap metal It’s nothing but a resting piece of scrap metal.
The boat was overcrowded unclean, unsafe. There is a strong smell of pee and poop in the air. The bathrooms were nasty dirty. The boat was extremely hot. People were laying in the walkways sleeping because it was overcrowded.
When I complained, they initially refused to give me a refund and then later kicked me off the boat, leaving me stranded with no way back to Suva in Lomaloma.
I now see that if you complain about his service he’ll simple have you removed from his nasty rusty boat.
