点评：We recently traveled to Sri Lanka and hired Sri Lanka Hill Country Tours for our entire trip, and it was a great experience.
Mr.Ek, who was our first point of contact, was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. He reviewed our itinerary thoroughly and, based on his experience, suggested adding and removing certain places that were either not feasible or not worth visiting. He also suggested better alternatives that we truly enjoyed. Throughout the trip, he kept us updated in advance about road closures and the unavailability of certain activities, which helped us plan smoothly without last-minute surprises.
He even helped us get good Yala Safari bookings.
Our driver, Sampath, was very professional and reliable. He drove safely and responsibly and followed traffic rules, which made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the journey. He was always punctual whenever we called him. The cab itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained.
Mr. Sampath was polite, friendly, and made us feel comfortable without any awkwardness. He suggested good local restaurants where we enjoyed the local food.
One thing we really appreciated was that the cab service provided drinking water throughout our trip, which was very thoughtful.
Because of all this, our trip went exactly as planned and completely hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Sri Lanka Hill Country Tours to anyone planning to travel around Sri Lanka.
