I honestly cannot recommend Carole and John at Alpacas Days Out highly enough. Everything was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
From the very first contact when booking, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The young man I care for is autistic and deaf, and we knew that the full three-hour alpaca trek would likely be too much for him. Carole and John were incredibly understanding and kindly offered us a private feeding experience instead, completely free of charge, so that he could still have the opportunity to meet and enjoy the alpacas.
Their kindness didn’t stop there. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and comfortable. They were patient, thoughtful and genuinely interested in making sure he had the best possible experience. He absolutely loved it, and that means more to me than I can put into words.
I genuinely don’t think I have ever met two nicer people. Their kindness and understanding towards someone with additional needs was just incredible, and it’s something I won’t forget.
If you’re thinking about booking Alpacas Days Out, please do it. You will not be disappointed. The alpacas are wonderful, but Carole and John themselves make the experience even more special.
Thank you both so, so much for everything you did for us. We had the loveliest time, and I really hope we get the chance to come back and see you all again very soon. ❤️🦙
