Misleading & Unethical: Blue Cave Inaccessible at High Tide

点评：Sea Adventures took our money knowing full well it was high tide at 3pm and so the Blue Cave off Puerto Pollensa would be inaccessible.
We did not know this until we were already on the boat and out at sea. Red flag was when the skipper told us that they had "not looked at the weather forecast" that day but "bad weather" might mean we could not see the cave as had already happened on another trip that same morning. (Really? A professional operator not checking the weather forecast or tides?)
He took us to the cave and surprise, surprise, the entrance was covered with water -- not due to bad weather or choppy seas (sea was calm and weather good) but due to the high tide.
Anyone can google the tides in seconds - which we did when we got back to shore. Guess what? It was high tide at 3pm.
We snorkelled in 2 coves instead, but this was not what we paid 240 Euro for. This was deliberately misleading and unethical -- false advertising -- taking our money but not telling us until we were on the boat at sea. Like paying for Paris, but being taken to Lille.
To add insult to injury, Sea Adventures attempted to gaslight us that we were only complaining in order to get a refund!!! They already had our money so could have cared less. Totally unethical. Find a more professional boat company if you want to see the Blue Cave in Mallorca.
