点评：We have been here many times but yesterday Friday of 16 Oct we had the most unpleasant experience ever. There was this staff lady (purple hair) that was watching the kids playing and she was just awful . She was aggressively coming over to our table to remove everything in the hope that we will just leave even doh they have wonderful waiters that have taken good care of us. At 8:20pm she start switching off the games with the balls in the ducts where she saw most of the kids were having fun and after they moved to the trampolines she went after them kicking them out. literally telling them to go home. When my son run over to us saying that it's closing (mind you it was 8:30pm) and we have to leave, this woman came over and she emptied all our table even if we weren't finished. Time of closing is 9pm .I checked the website and we had plenty of time until closing. I drove over 2 hours to get to this place and I'm enraged .please check your cameras and take actions I don't want to ever leave this place so humiliated again....respect your costumers and train your staff properly.
