Second Bad Experience – I Won't Be Returning

点评：I am extremely disappointed with my experience today and have decided that I will not be returning.
I had been a regular customer for around two years, but last year I had a very bad experience with an older therapist. She scratched my skin during the massage, leaving me with marks all over my body that took several days to recover from. I raised a complaint at the time and was told the manager would contact me, but I never received a response. The experience put me off having massages for almost a year.
Because I have been struggling with back and shoulder pain, I decided to give the salon another chance today. When I arrived, I was initially assigned the same therapist, but I explained that I did not want her because of my previous experience. Another therapist, Lisa, then carried out my massage.
Unfortunately, this experience was also very disappointing. Unlike previous therapists, she did not ask about my preferred pressure or whether I wanted Chinese balm. Throughout the massage, I repeatedly tried to indicate that the pressure was too much, but I felt my concerns were not listened to.
The cloth used during the treatment also felt extremely rough against my skin, and I could feel what seemed like fingernails digging into my skin in several places. Since leaving the salon, my entire body has been tingling and stinging. Instead of feeling relaxed and refreshed, I felt so uncomfortable that I went straight home to shower because my skin felt irritated all over.
What upsets me most is that this is now the second time I have left your salon feeling physically worse after a massage. I gave your business another opportunity despite my previous experience, but sadly this has confirmed that I will not be returning.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience.

可惜，这次体验同样令人非常失望。与之前的理疗师不同，她并没有询问我喜欢的按压力度，也没有问我是否需要中药膏。整个按摩过程中，我多次试图示意力度实在太大了，但感觉我的诉求完全没有被理会。
按摩时使用的布片摸起来也极其粗糙，有好几处我都能感觉到像是指甲在抠进我的皮肤。离开沙龙后，我的全身都出现刺痛和发麻的感觉。非但没有感到放松和神清气爽，。我感觉极其不适，以至于直接回家洗澡，因为全身皮肤都出现发红、刺痛的现象。
最让我难过的是，这已经是我第二次做完按摩后身体状态反而变得更糟了。尽管有过前次不愉快的经历，我还是决定再给贵店一次机会，但结果却证实我再也不会光顾了。
希望贵店能重视我的反馈，避免其他顾客遭遇同样的经历。
