点评：We had a really enjoyable and eye-opening visit to Plantage De Grote Tuin. The tour was both educational and fun, it’s amazing to see how many different plants, fruits, and spices are grown here. Our guide took the time to explain every step of the process, from the cocoa and coffee beans to vanilla, pepper, and cinnamon. You can smell, touch, and even taste some of the products, which makes it a very hands-on experience.
It was wonderful to walk through such lush surroundings and learn how everything is cultivated and processed with care. At the end, we had the chance to sample some of the plantation’s products each with its own distinct flavor and story behind it.
Highly recommended for anyone passing through Kalibaru who loves nature, food, and local craftsmanship. A visit that stays with you!
