点评:I will never understand why staff work at a place that is primarily for families and children but have such a miserable attitude! I’m normally quite forgiving in situations like this but it was my daughter’s birthday. Waited a while to be served by someone who was quite clearly new but left alone and looked terrified to come serve me, then a girl helped and didn’t even acknowledge me once, when I asked for the bumpers to go up on the lane, they didn’t say a word, just come over and put the bumpers up and walked away. Went for food after bowling and although this was good, I asked for 2 different kids desserts to go with the meal deal, when she gave me the receipt to make sure everything was ok, I questioned the ice cream wasn’t on there but she reassured me that it was fine and wouldn’t be an issue. We had our meals, waited for ages before my daughter went to say the little ones were ready for their desserts only to be met with “are they already paid for” which makes me wonder whether we would have ever got them had we not have asked and interrupted them all chatting at the kitchen. The same lady that served us and showed me the receipt then comes over with 2 brownies, when I said we should have 1 brownie and 1 strawberry ice cream, she goes “i was told you had 2 brownies” so I said no and off she went without saying a word. Comes back with a small vanilla pot of icecream with strawberry sauce on top (wouldn’t call it a strawberry icecream but my daughter liked it either way) overall, I think the staff would have rather people not interrupt them chatting than actually putting a smile on their face and serving properly! Spent over £120 on bowling, food and drinks and to be perfectly honest, I wish I hadn’t bothered.
